About Michelle

I’ve always been someone who enjoys bringing people together, understanding what matters to people, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes so others can do their best work.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside nonprofits, community leaders, and small businesses—helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen their relationships, and reimagine how they present themselves to the world. Much of that work blended advocacy, public relations, and community building, and it taught me something important: the details matter, but relationships matter even more.

Two years ago, my family and I moved to Georgia from the Virginia mountains, where we lived in a small town called Front Royal. It was the kind of place where life moved a little slower and people knew their neighbors. We still love getting outside whenever we can—hiking, visiting vineyards, and apple picking when we make our way back toward the mountains. At home you’ll usually find me enjoying a good sci-fi night with my family—Star Trek and Lord of the Rings are favorites!

Recently, I decided to pivot my work into real estate transaction coordination. After years of working in strategy, communications, and community initiatives, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy the operational side of things—the timelines, organization, and communication that quietly keep everything moving forward.

To me, a real estate transaction is about more than paperwork and deadlines. Each transaction is also a reflection of an agent’s brand and reputation, and thoughtful coordination helps ensure that every client interaction feels organized, professional, and well cared for.

My goal is simple: support agents in a way that protects their time, strengthens their client relationships, and allows them to focus on what they do best.

This shift has also given me the opportunity to build a career that balances meaningful work with something that matters deeply to me—being present with my family while continuing to build relationships with the people I serve.
